its natural to have hair on your neck even girls have it but if u want to shave it u can it will look a bit odd when it is growing back but its up to you

Hair is hair, shave whatever you want to remove. - - - - - - I think this boy asked whether the front of our neck is a body zone where we are supposed to shave excess hair or we usually keep our hair there, like we usually keep the hair on our chest. This question is not about what this boy wants. But, yes neck is expected to be hairless especially if so is the rest of our face.

It's all normal. Every boy developes different. You just get hair below your Adam's apple before that under your chin. It doesn't hurt, just rinse and lather your neck and do it for last with a sharp blade.
