Everyone is different, and sometimes girls may skip a month. If you recently started your period or in this case your period was 4 months ago and it was your first time, that is normal. From my first to second period ever, I went 2 months. Again, everyone is different, and if it reaches 6 months of not having it, I would maybe consider going to the doctor.
It's common for periods to be light and widely spaced when you first start them. Don't worry about it. Its totally normal.
You might be pregnant.

The birth control pill is no longer affecting your cycle after four months. You are likely to return to the pattern of bleeding you had before you started the pill. If you are consistently having 14 days of menstrual flow for a couple of months, contact your health care provider.

when I started taking birth control (granted, It wasn't the pill where you only get four periods a year...) I didn't get my period until the fifth day of my placebo pills. It's different for everybody. you're not going to get your period on the first day of no placebos, the drug will still be in your body! :)don't worry, just wait it out and see if it comes, if it doesn't, take another hpt or go to your doctor.
right now your period isn't regular yet and that happens to a lot of girls in there first year.
It could mean you are four months pregnant, you are going through menopause or you have a bad infection.Either way check with your doctor.
