No, not as liquids. Latex paint is a water-based suspension, 'oil' paint is either a petro-chemical (i.e. paint thinner) or 'natural' (i.e. linseed) oil-based suspension. If you already tried to mix the 2, it can't even be recycled. Consult the local (county) recycling/waste disposal authority for proper disposal.
yes yes
Not the original solvent based Thompsons Water Seal. Latex primer is water based and oil and water don't mix; they would seperate.
Yes, but be sure that neither of the paints are oil based, lest you open a whole new can of worms...:-}
Some can, it depends on the exact components in both. -Experiment with small amounts and find out.
A primers is basically used to seal a surface and give the top coat "tooth". A primer should be chosen for the surface it is going on, oil based primers adhere better to surfaces like bare wood, slick finishes, and old oil based paint. Once the primer has dried any kind or paint may be applied as a top coat.

Yes! Providing that the stain in question is "oil based"! If the stain is LATEX then no. Oil based products will mix, but oil and water won't! Water being the carrying agent of latex!

Latex paint is recycled back into the same color paint or is mixed into new colors. Other types of paint, such as oil-based, cannot be recycled.
Usually it can be, especially if both come from the same manufacturer.
from my experiences with bondo would be inproper adhersion to the metal being that there may have not been enough hardener added or not mixed properly. over time the product(bondo) could become brittle and crack.
latex from rubber trees is mixed with sulfur during vulcanization process
Rubber cement is a type of glue. It is made from elastic polymers such as latex that are then mixed in a acetone solution.
A mixed economy is based on several different types of economies. For example the mixed American economy is a combination of socialism and capitalism.
