Marinol isn't a THC blocker, it's synthetic THC. But if you test positive for an actual THC blocker (I didn't know there were such things) they'll assume you're smoking weed since that stuff's in you for some reason.

∙ 14y agoIt's synthetic THC, so yes it will. However! You might be able to get away with Marinol because you've probably got a prescription for it--if you're doing THC to get high it's easier to get real pot. If you've got a prescription for synthetic THC they'll figure your THC positive is because of the Marinol. So...make sure to always carry your prescription with you.
