Make sure you click it at the same time. Try starting with ctrl then shift and c but do not lift your fingers up until the box pops up.

I HAVE THE ANSWER! sorry i was not here sooner. the problem is built into the Windows OS so there is nothing you can do to change it. But you can still get the cheat box by hitting CTRL + SHIFT + (WINDOWS LOGO) + C
