Try a friend or another family member's place. You don't have to all live together. Sometimes the friend or family member will allow you to live in the entire space while they can live with someone else. This is usuauly for short term solutions while you keep looking. If income is a problem, you need to step up the job hunt and increase your income to afford a place. Sometimes subsidised housing is availble but there is usually a waiting list. Really though, it depends on why you have to move, where you're going, and what your time frame is. Hope this helps.
The family friend would need to apply for guardianship, or go through the training to be a foster family.
yes the state may let you live with your friend if his or her parents allow it.

However, it is important to consider the specific circumstances and the family member's willingness to accept guardianship or responsibility for the minor. It may also be helpful to consult with a legal professional or social worker for guidance.
