First of all, if your following him around all the time and you know things he hasn't told you and your not suspose to know, then you might be stalking him, but if your not doing those things then I'll get to my point.....
It could either be he's trying to be mean and harsh so you can stop liking him and move on. A lot of people figure it's better to be mean and get the other person to hate you so they can stop liking you, rather than just telling them that they don't feel the same way. But remember it's his life and you have your owns for a reason, if he doesn't want you in it, then he has that right, but you don't have to have him in your life either.
