If the mother puts in writing that the 14 year old can stay with her 21 year old sister, i believe so. If not, you can go to court and tell the judge that the father is abusive and has been in the past and the sister is legal and stable enough to take care of the 14 year old.
no, you do not Just though maybe he misses you or has a GIFT for you
Ashley would'nt tell us, cause she doesnt want any women "stealing" him from her

NO....you have to go with your father, unless both parents agree that it is ok to give up your father's weekend....or if both parents agree to trade weekends so your father doesnt miss out on the set amount of time per year he is suppose to see you.
Why would you? is he the father of your baby? If so, then you might want to.
In New Jersey, a minor must be at least 16 years old to petition for emancipation. To be granted emancipation, the minor must demonstrate financial self-sufficiency and sufficient maturity to live independently. If the minor can prove that living with the friend's family is in their best interest and they meet the criteria for emancipation, it is possible for a court to grant emancipation. It would be recommended for the minor to consult with a legal professional to understand the process and requirements.
