It sounds like no spark on your plugs check the power going to your coil if you have that then it could be the ignition module under the rotor,assuming you do have gas in it :)

That would be the starter.
you mean the starter just freely spins and does not turn the engine? replace starter if the engine turns but does not start its either a fuel, spark, or compression problem. read up on how to check that.
It is the whole assembly containing the pull start (if applicable) or the metal or plastic shroud surrounding the flywheel (it spins when you start the engine ).
Check the 92 Camaro neutral safety switch next. If the switch is faulty then the starter will not get power to start the engine.
try putting gas down the carb just a little or if standard try push starting
well there is a crank shaft which the piston connects to and is the thing that spins out the engine, there is also cranks on old cars to start them on the front
The engine needs spark, fuel and compression to run. You have one of those missing.

The check engine light comes on at start up for a bulb check. If it stays on with the engine running the computer has detected a malfunction. You need to have it checked for codes.

The ignition control module for a 1995 ford f150 is an important part of the drive train. If the module is failing then the engine will run erratically or not start at all.
