Take the car to a TRANSMISSION shop. You have an internal problem that would need fixed.

in the tranny? ls has so-called sealed tranny... they fill it through tiny hole on one side up to a certain level and there is no dipstick to check it or add fluid...
no, they made many changes to the engine in 03. It wouldnt match up with the computer and you would have problems
Tail shaft housing is the rear end of the transmission where the drive line bolts up. On the Lincoln LS it is also where you fill up the transmission with Mercon V (transmission fluid)

No holes will not line up properly
You can replace the oxygen sensor on a 2002 lincoln LS by first unplugging the old one and then making sure the tread marks are lined up replace it with the new one.

there are to of them under the back seat u have a main and a secondary take up the back seat you will see a black cap on both sides take them them off and screw them out that simple
