well, that happened with my boyfriend. He thought I was cheating on him. And he broke up with me. I kept telling him that I didnt cheat on him and I swear on my life that I didnt. I realize you may be hurt and sad but things will get better with time and it is time for you to move forward - keep yourself busy with things of interest and as time passes you will see that things will have gotten better.
