Unfortunately, legally, it's not his decision & you can actually get into a lot of trouble if you do not honor the custody agreement; you can completely lose custody if you do not make sure the child & you are not doing what you need to be doing.
The father has the right to visit with his child unless the court issues an order to the opposite.
what are you talking about
11 Depends on why...I think a child saying they don't want to visit grandparents/relatives could be a red flag...ask why they don't want to visit...
Yes
Something is wrong. Automatically, it would be best to allow the mother to visit somewhere near you where she can be watched. Also, if the boyfriend has done any wrong to the child, it should be investigated and reported. Children sometimes know things that they are afraid to talk about. Keep the child away from the boyfriend. If the mother refuses to see her child without her boyfriend, then you cannot allow the child to visit their mother. Think of the safety of the child before making any hasty decisions.
12.
What mother would want their child to be a nothing? Of course she's ambitious! She wants the best outta you.
A child may no longer want to live with their mother due to conflicts, abuse, neglect, or feeling unsafe in the home environment.
A real mother would not want her child to be cut in half and killed.
Sure, if they want to.
