If you guys are going to be " just friends " than it doesn't matter what shes saying to you or what other guys shes talking to . and even though you guys kissed you guys are going to be friends so put all of that to the side and focus on a friendship if with that friendship you see that you guys want to try and be something more for the second time then go for it but for now weigh out your options .
