You can't "make" them like each other no matter what because of personal opinion. You can't. The only possible way is to bribe them, but they truly won't like each other. In my opinion, 2nd grade is when you should start 'liking' the opposite gender. That is when i and most of my friends started liking girls.

I am in fifth grade and I admired this sixth grader I met in debate class. I instantly liked him, and had a minor crush on him. We traded emails and became friends. Since we were in different grades and did not see each other often, we emailed each other. It was very unlikely that we talked to each other during school hours, but I could tell he noticed if I walked past him. Over time, his bros and friends found out about it. By this time, I had a HUGE crush on him. He didn't like me back, but we were very good friends. Well... Now, my crush-y feelings are gone, and I just think of us as great friends. It doesn't matter what grade you are in, it just matters if you guys like each other. Even if they don't like you back, try looking for a quality friendship instead.
