Of course you should! If your girlfriend is pregnant, then of course you should stay with her, she needs you to be there for her. And plus if you really love her you should choose that answer for yourself. If you really like her then stay with her, she needs you to be around her for the birth and all that.
I'm a girl and if I got pregnant, I'd want the boy to stay with me because I'd need him whether he liked it or not. It's not easy having a baby. And if her parents don't agree with it, then you should be the one to help her.
