- If the children are her exes then she has a right to either see her children if her ex has them or if she has the children then the ex (as a father) has the right to see his children. However, her ex can pick the children up and have quality time with them and there is no need for them to be together. It is time to communicate the fact to your girlfriend that it is either her ex she chooses or you because you are no longer putting up with this arrangement.

∙ 13y agoHer spending time with the kids is fine and natural. Her spending some brief times with the ex to discuss and arrange kid related issues is fine, though that should be either on the phone or at some public place like a cafe.
As to "family time" with her, the ex and the kids, that would inappropriate.
