What if your heater won't stop blowing even when the car is shut off?

This could possibly mean that the electrical connection for the blower is shorted or grounded or the on/off switch has lost contact. Have this checked with a car electrician.

If you have a water heater in the unit there may be a shut off before that, usually at the floor or follow the cold side to a shut off. There may be an access panel behind the shower, possible in a hall closet but not always and there might be shut off valves there, but not likely. If your water heater is in the basement, there should be a shut off for each unit there.

3 answers spring to mind, an air lock in the water system,a faulty switch on the heater panel( or cable depending on year)or an inline vent flap stuck shut
