It may be infected, or if it's a new piercing this may be normal healing, either way the advice is the same: leave the jewellery in as it allows any fluid to drain from the piercing rather than building up and forming an abscess. Rinse your mouth after eating, drinking or smoking; the best thing to use is alcohol-free mouthwash, you can also just use bottled water. Soak your piercing twice a day in a warm salt water solution - half a teaspoon of sea salt added to boiling water and allowed to cool to a warm, rather than hot, temperature - and soak for a few minutes.
The whitish discharge from the piercing is lymphatic matter and will do not harm it's the normal discharge a piercing will create as it's healing.
You will havea white/yellow/clear discharge it is just flushing out anything in the piercing. It's just a sign of healing.
Redness, heat, and fluid discharge are most common. Some coloured discharge (white or pale yellow is lymph discharge and it completely normal) may come out of it. If there is just a slight redness around the holes there is nothing to worry about. The best thing to do is to leave the jewellery in (to allow any fluid to drain and prevent an abscess forming) and to soak the piercing in warm salt water - add half a teaspoon of sea salt to boiling water and allow to cool to warm, rather than hot, soak your piercing twice daily.
That is simply Lymphatic discharge and nothing to worry about, it's the same discharge seen in ear lobe piercing that haven't had jewellery in them for a while. Simply wash the piercings and carry on.

That is lymphatic discharge and is normal in any new piercing, this will ease off as the piercing heals and toughens.
Redness. Itchiness. Vaginal irritability. Sometimes pain urinating or wiping after urination. Cottage cheese like discharge, normally white.
Sounds like a yeast infection to me. You can get over the counter medication for that.
Brains, dead brain cells............ OK I digress. It's lymphatic matter, it's the tongues equivalent to a discharge that would occur with any outside piercing (whitish yellow discharge) it's normal and will ease off as the piercing heals and toughens up.
the breastfeeding explains the tenderness and the cramping, so for now no worries but if you have any other signs get a test and check it out, best of luck
