A liver is a three-dimensional structure, and you have given only one dimension. A liver length of 19.6 centimeters is within normal limits. A liver height of 19.6 centimeters is quite large and not normal, unless it is consistent with a large-sized person. Talk with your health care provider to clarify whether this finding has any meaning for your health.

The craniocaudal is the angle which the x-ray beam enters and exits the liver. Cranio is where it enters and caudal is where it exits. The extent is the measurement of that line.
