There are 8 oz in one cup. your recipe calls for 1 and 1/4 of a cup, so you would need 10
oz. 8oz(1cup) and then 2oz(1/4cup) 8+2=10.
That is incorrect. That assumes that the weight ounces = liquid ounces. They do not. For example, there are 4 oz. by weight in a cup of King Arthur Flour. There are many food conversions charts on the web, but I haven't found one that lists sour cream.
1 cup
About two cups
If a baker doubles a recipe that calls for 6-2/3 cups of flour, how many cups of flour will be needed in all?
one gallon
About 2 cups
4
2 1/2 cups
2 and 3/4
That depends, what are you making?
That is about 1.7 cups. About 230 grams per cup with cream cheese.
It is 2 because 16/8=2
recipe asks for 250 g of cream cheese. How many cups is this?
