ORIf you have a certain system, like, say, WIndows Vista, it would really help to download one.
Or just try running the program under compatibility mode. Right-click the program, select "Properties, and navigate to the Compatibility tab. In the drop-down box, select "Windows XP". I got this from a website. You can also select any other program
