Well, I'm sure you are not ugly besides.... if you have a really cool personality, that should be the first thing that a boy likes about you. Secondly..try to look through some magazines and see what kind of clothes are in style, maybe change your hair style and make-up. Transform yourself and make yourself be noticed. Then you can drop subtle hints to him.. or offer to help with homework or studying (if you are in school).
