Both IgG and IgM initiates complement. IgG is far more abundant in the body however this does not necessarily means that it initiates complement more. IgM is the 1st immunoglobulin that responds to a foreign antigen as part of the body's hormonal response.

So to answer the question directly, neither immunoglobulin initiate the complement cascade more than the other.

Some research seems to indicated that there is no significant difference in ability to bind complement between IgG and IgM via the classical pathway in humans.

What is cascade tripping?

It's when a failure of one circuit leads to another circuit to fail. This can be intentional, for protection purpose, or it may not be intentional. Cascade tripping is common in sequenced circuit.

What immunioglobulin Mediates many common allergic responses?

Immunoglobulin E (IGE) mediates many acute allergy reactions, including anaphylaxis. Immunoglobulin G (IGG) mediates more delayed sensitivity reactions, slower onset and over prolonged period.

Difference between cascode and cascade amplifier?

cascade: the output of one amplifier stage is connected to the input of another amplifier stages, it's also connected in series. cascode: it said to be cascode, when it has one transistor on the top of another where a common emitter transistor drives a common base transistor.

How are complement deficiencies caused?

A defect in the complement system can be genetic, but a secondary complement deficiency can also result from ailments that involve a lot of protein loss, including serious burns, liver or kidney disease, and autoimmune diseases

What initiates coagulation?

When the blood vessel is injured, so is the endothelium, so it releases the endothelium tissue factor (TF), which complexes with factor VII, activating it, which then activates factor X and IX and the rest of the cascade continues.Collagen is also exposed to a molecular, called high molecular weight kininogen (HMWK), prekallikrein and Hageman factor (factor XII), forming a complex. Prekallikrein is converted to Kallikrein and factor XII is activated to produced factor XIIa, which then activates factor XI and then factor X (the common factor between those two pathways), and the rest of the cascade continues, till the formation of the blood clot.

In IES there are so many questions on Transistor models these are very tough as i dont know to solve them. Please help me how can i solve TTL logic families to get the required EXPRESSION.?

CASE 1: IF the transistor is "Common Emitter" and Logic Signal 'A' is given to the base, Then the output from collector will be "Complement Of A" CASE 2: IF there are two transistors whose collector terminals are common but common emitters: Let LogicSignal 'A' is given to first transistor and 'B' to second transistor then the resultant signal the output will be "COMPLEMENT OF A * COMPLEMENT OF B" (due to Common Emitter) CASE 3: IF A single transistor has two or more signals at its base then it means there are "TWO TRANSISTORS WITH COMMON COLLECTOR (Same as CASE 2)"
