Vitamin C
Mainly vitamin c but im not sure of others.
There are a variety of beneficial nutrients found in oranges. Some of these include electrolytes and Vitamin C.
Vitamin C
Lemons are a great source of vitamin C. They are a good source of potassium, fiber, calcium, and vitamin B6. Lemons also contain iron, magnesium, riboflavin, and thiamine (vitamin B1).

Red sweet pepper
Vitamin C - which can be found in citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges.
Vitamin B is good for circulation. it is found in brown rice. Vitamin C and E are also good for circulation and they r found in oranges, limes, mangoes and almonds. Potassium found in sunflower seeds is good for circulation too.
Water
Vitamin C can be found in a variety of fruits such as citrus fruits, e.g. oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit; rockmelons (cantaloupes), mangoes and paw paws (papayas). Red peppers are also high in Vitamin C.
because it carries all the nutrients we need to keep us going E.G vitamin C is found in oranges etc
