Perhaps you are allergic to avocado, or maybe you are misidentifying what an avocado is. Also, maybe you are eating bad avocados. Or, perhaps you are mishandling them. Also, maybe you don't wash your hands well enough before you eat. You may be eating your own.

Guacamole contains from a nutritional standpoint, "good monounsaturated fats" that are "heart healthy". A fat from any origin when exposed to time, temperature variations, moisture, aerobic conditions, and alkalinity can become rancid and become potentially harmful depending upon the health and age of the person ingesting the food. A good rule of thumb would be to label and date your freshly prepared foods and after approx. 72hrs., throw it out. (Not to pets or animals).
