YES. (It's about controlling your own senses NOT someone elses :) ) Technically Brahmacharya means chastity in thought, speech & action. It does involves controlling (or regultaing so to speak) the senses but by suppression or repression. And absolute control can be achieved after mastering brahmacharya. You see, the mind is the region of lust & the mind too is the chief of all senses & hence controlling the mind will evetually lead to controlling of the senses. I hope that helps, Swapnil.
