Literally, you could say "Familie voor altijd", but that sounds a bit formal to me.

"Familie door dik en dun" (= "Family through thick and thin", which means something like "We'll stick together as a family in good and bad times") sounds less formal, but then again, it's an idiom that you wouldn't hear a lot in everyday conversation. That idiom works better with "vrienden", which means "friends".
