4 years ! You cannot equate the lifespan of other animals to humans. Bearded Dragons live to an average of around 15 years.
I'm guessing you mean something similar to people saying a year in a dogs life is equal to 7 human years. The lifespan of most dogs is around 13 years.

Bearded Dragons usually attain full size in 3-4 years. Obviously this depends on how much food they eat, and how often - as this will vary with each reptile.
