As with most currencys, the conversion changes from day to day based on the stength of each currency. The only way to find out for sure is to compare their value based on the latest figures avalable. The easiest way to do this is to use the conversion tools on sites like http://www.xe.com which keep track of this data regularly.

There is no way to accuratly calculate this conversion long term. As an example, the US Dollar has recently plunged in value, so using a conversion rate from six months ago would be quite inaccurate.
