Especially if you read the Ur-text version you will find that it is self evident, that the voice asserts itself to have lived as Jesus at one point. On the other hand, if you really grasp the philosophy of ACIM, one of the main messages is that we are all ONE - and in essence we are all Jesus or better Christ - the Son of God. Christ Consciousness is the state of mind where all things are seen and felt to be one. Christ Consciousness is the universal consciousness, the God consciousness, the state of being where rational thought is transcended and personal enlightenment has been obtained. Christ Consciousness is oneness. As in A Course in Miracles (ACIM), it is required for us to heal our irrational beliefs about us being separate from all living things and to perceive them as being one with ourselves. Only then, ACIM argues, can we achieve this concept of oneness and universal love for all things. "Only that which is eternal is real. And, nothing unreal exists." That quote from ACIM reminds us that it is our perception which is faulty, and with practice, we can heal our perceptions and achieve oneness. How? Through forgiveness and love - of all things, otherwise we are in a state of discord with our environment. What everyone seeks is peace and love. When they can find peace and love everywhere they go, they are enlightened and are in experiencing the Christ Consciousness. That is when the real miracles occur.

i just now noticed this question has no answer yet. My time is very limited the rest of today, but I will get back to this in a day or two,maybe three, and give you a more complete answer. But I can tell you have been given misinformation. Helen is the only one who directly took down the content of A Course In Miracles (ACIM) in its entirety from the source of the material. Others played majors rolls in getting the notes she took in her own shorthand to the point of being published. Kenneth Wapnick, Ph,D, the person to whom I'm sure you were referring to as Wappner, was extremely instrumental at that time. He still is one of the most influential individuals within the ACIM leadership and very possibly the most knowledgeable person alive today on ACIM, its contents and the interpretation of the contents. I will explain this more fully with my next post.
