Alice is a character created for the FILMS. She is not part of the video game world, nor does the story line after the movie Resident Evil take place in any of the games. THough, Alice is supposed to be the character who was to first bring down Umbrella to uncover the secret bio-weaponary. She later is injected with the t-virus, but her genetic code can with-stand the mutation effect the virus has, but she has highten senses and strength.
In Resident Evil: Afterlife Alice survives the film, but she does lose her powers due to a serum she is injected with by Wesker, that eliminates all t-cells in her body making her normal again. Also the film ends on a cliffhanger so what will happen is unknown.
