Note: This answer is from an Islamic point of view.
That He shall forgive their sins on the Day of Judgment, remove their evil inclinations from their souls, hide their sins from the view of others, reward them many times over for their good deeds, protect them from shame, protect them from Hell and enter them into the Garden of Paradise - where they shall have all that they wish to have and even more.
He will protect the hearts of the believers from evil inclinations (except smaller temptations), He will not give victory to the unbelievers over the Islamic Nation. He will cause Jesus, the Son of Mary, to decend, destroy the Anti-Christ, and testify to the world that there is no god but God and that Muhammad was the Final Messenger of God; thereby He will grant complete victory to the message of Islam.
He will make mention of the believer to the Angels, and He will cause His pleasure and preference to descend upon the believers in Heaven. Finally: He will reveal His Face to the believers in Paradise - and that is the greatest gift He will give to His creatures.
I testify that there is no god but the One God, and I testify that Muhammad is the Final Messenger of God.

The bible is full of promises to the faithful. But it's most important promise is that we all have the opportunity to have eternal life, that is to be able to return to God in His kingdom.

A Covenant Keeper is someone who upholds their promises and commitments made in a covenant or agreement. It often refers to a person who remains faithful and loyal to their obligations and responsibilities.
Because there is no real sign for "faithful", you must explain the meaning of being faithful. For example, if you are a faithful customer to a certain store, you sign "GO-THERE-OFTEN" with the 1-CL and B-CL hand shapes. When I'm interpreting or just signing about God, I explain that I can depend on Him, His love never fails me, I never doubt His promises because they never fail me. He is always there, proven Himself again and again. I explain HOW He's been faithful without even using the sign "FAITH", unless I say, I have faith in God because He is........explaining WHY and HOW my God is faithful.
