The spanner is the tool that is sometimes called nut driver. The main function of this tol is to tighten or loosen nuts and bolts. There are different sizes of nut drivers.
Remove the wheel, then in the middle of the drum is a cap. Take off the cap with a flat head screw driver, which reveals the bolt holding it on. Use a 32mm socket to remove, but before removing the nut you will notice has a pin tapped through the lug nut. To remove this use a flat head screw driver to straighten the pin and then tap it out. Once the nut and washer are removed use a rubber mallet to jar it loose.
