Each orbital is a specific shape and the orbitals are determined in blocks on the Periodic Table. The energy, or Quantum Number would go in front, such as 4p, which means the principal quantum number or energy level is 4 and the orbital shape is p. Hope this helps
Quantum tunneling is a physics phenomenon within the area of quantum mechanics. Basically it refers to when a particle can tunnel through a barrier that it could not surmount in classic physics.
There is technically a 9i orbital, but no atom in the ground state has any electrons in this orbital (in fact, no known element has any electrons in even the 8s orbital, and there are quite a few energy levels between that and 9i). In an excited state ... sure, it could happen.

One orbital - 6s which can hold 2 electrons.
To use the example of helium, which has theelectronic structure 1s2. The 1 refers to the orbital number (1, 2, 3 etc, also known as the principal quantum number), the letter refers to the orbital type (s, p, d, f which corresponds to the azimuthal quantum number), and finally the superscript 2 refers to the number of electrons in that orbital.So for helium's 1s2 we have 2 electrons in the 1s orbital (filling it).Another example could be atomic iron which has the [Ar] 3d6 4s2 configuration. This is the argon electronic structure (1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6), and then 6 electrons in the 3d orbitals, and 2 electrons in the 4s orbital as well.
