Basteruma is made from minced lamb meet with added spices like black p-eper,cumin.red chilly, garlic powder salt . to be mixed thoroughly and push inside Lamb stomach tubes or made up the large part. in portions , then flat-en like heart shape and hanged for 2 to 3 months until semi dry , then can be cut in pieces and fried with eggs at breakfast time.
