The term "Biblical Falsification" is not found in any known and accessible literature.
So, I will develop my own interpretation based on the term "Falsifiability": where a statement, hypothesis, or theory can be shown false by way of some conceivable observation that is possible to achieve.
I will contend that Biblical Falsification refers to the primary objective to falsify a part or all of The Bible, by finding one or more errors in authorship, in canonization, in transcribing, or in content and context inherent and/or external.
*Caution*
The following is not all entirely conclusive, and can be highly debated. But I intend on providing a range of possible "Biblical falsifications" displaying how it possibly can be applied.

Contradiction(s): one or more parts have directly opposing accounts that can not be resolved.
Possible Examples:
Is God the creator of evil?
NO
YES
Others would be: what day did Jesus die on and what time of day?
Fail Prophecy(s): prediction(s) that did not come to pass.
Possible Example:
Jesus according to Mark 9:1, "Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power." -- Jesus falsely prophesies that the end of the world will come within his listeners' lifetimes.
Inaccurate Historicity: Historical revisionism is known to occur in Biblical writings, and events can be discovered to be inaccurate: because of tangible unequivocal archaeological and/or geological evidence, and/or other historical records.
Possible Example:
Exodus 12:37-38, based on biblical descriptions there should be significant evidence uncovered to support it, to this day despite well funded and vast archaeological investigations not even minor evidence has surfaced; although it can be understood accurately in some metaphorical sense.
Inaccurate Science: While the Bible has no real understanding of science, it does make claims that Science has found inaccurate.
Possible Example:
According to Genesis, the Earth is around 6000 to 10,000 years old. According to geologist, the Earth formed approximately 4.54 billion years ago.
Forgery: Authorship of parts of the Bible found to be purposely attributed to whom was not the author. New Testament Scholar Bart Ehrman has pointed to at least 11 of the 27 New Testament books as forgeries.
Possible Examples:
Ethical Principles: There are those who think some of the concepts and principles, the behaviors attributed to the Biblical God, and his worshipers are in many ways are immoral, with superstitious biases that incur unnecessary harm on individuals and society.
