Google Chrome generally uses high amount of CPU. It is generally due to the various processes it keeps running.
If PCSX2 keeps saying that your CPU does not support SSE4.1 can you fix it?
You cannot fix your CPU not supporting SSE4.1, short of buying a new CPU. PCSX2 does not require SSE4.1 to run, though.
