The EPC of a fabia one point four sixteen vee skoda is a tire pressure. The common and safest tire pressure for this tire is three point zero per square inch.
14 = MAP sensor voltage below .16V or over 4.96V
Your car should be charging at around 14 volts. I would suspect the voltage regulator is at fault if it is charging too high. You can replace the alternator. If you can find an aftermarket voltage regulator you can replace just that. It is on the back of the alternator.

5 degrees BTDC (Before Top Dead Centre) is the spec I found for the fuel injected 1.5l 16v. You can run timing at + or - 1 degree on this 5 degrees (i.e. Timing at 4 degrees or 6 degrees BTDC. i have seen on Mazda forums where guys run 10, 12 & even 14 degrees but I guess this depends on the octane rating of the fuel you use.
