If you mean the Eurovision Song Contest, then it is basically a European tv show that is on once a year, around march-may time. Countrys in Europe vote for three countries they want to give points to (8pnts, 10pnts or 12pnts) but they usually don't vote for the song, its mainly about which countries like one another. :| that's why England doesnt usually get the vote
