What is HA mean in Iran?

In some local and regional dialect it means Yes (note: that's rudely ) .but if you say it in question way like this " ha ?" it's mean "what" .

I live in the province Fars in Iran and I use it commonly as bale (yes) or areh (yes) and it is not rudely .

maybe in your accent ha don't mean rudely .but in my city, Tehran, when somebody say ha instead of what , you say something rudely.

and the language is farsi, or Persian, but not Iran
