according to me Punjab is the most productive area in India in the means of agriculture. being situated in the indo gangetic plains,it is really fertile.also it is the area with 5 rivers that flow all over the state making irrigation facility available in India. thus the Punjab state of India can be considered as the most agriculture productive area :D
