Accupressure is the Asian (not necessarily Japanese) therapy of using hands to massage and manipulate nerve pressure points that are affecting health. Accupuncture is similar, but uses thin gauge needles to achieve energy flow through the body's energy lines.

When performed by a knowledgeable and trained therapist, Accupressure is very effective in the healing of many health problems, more than people realize.
