L. Macbeth (Lady Macbeth) reacts to Macbeth's hallucination as angry and frustrated, because this happens during the banquet and she can't have a peaceful time after King Duncan's murder. She tells Macbeth:

"Are you a man?",

because Macbeth is being a total scaredy cat and a spaz, because his hallucinations was the ghost of Banquo, who was killed by Macbeth right before the banquet.
