MLT is another term for MALT 1 (Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1). This is a protein encoded for by a gene that is usually found rearranged with two other genes in MALT lymphomas (a type of cancer). If you want information on the gene itself I would go to a paper by Baens et al.
