By using his 5 step plan.
Mitt Romney's agenda is to destroy Social Security and Medicare as we know it. His plan is to privatize Social Scurity and turn Medicare into a voucher program, which will then be turned over to Wall street.
He has a healthcare plan similar to the current presidents. Whether or not you approve of the healthcare plan it does not correspond with his other beliefs. He is still the best republican candidate which is sad. Republicans always throw away there chances with poor choices in candidates.

Yes it did pass, and it was subsequently upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. Some parts of the Healthcare bill (the "Affordable Care Act") went into effect right away, and other parts are being phased in gradually.

He plans to lower taxes like a good president would do. I don't understand why all you people are biased against him. *sigh*
"Bupa Healthcare provides different kinds of coverage. It all depends on how big your family is, if you will be doing a single care plan or a family plan. They have basic to complex plans."
These days, he is opposed to it; but interestingly, throughout the past several decades, Republicans supported the basic ideas in the law: in fact, the individual mandate was a Republican idea (suggested by the Heritage Foundation); and the plan on which the president's health care law is based came from Mitt Romney's successful Massachusetts plan. Sadly, because of politics, nearly all Republicans are now opposed to the ideas they once supported; even Mr. Romney now criticizes the plan he once championed in Massachusetts.
there was no plan in place to get defeated states back in the union
