(usually it doesnt work which then pisses the person off even more). 2. When someone (usually a male) has a lack of confidence in themselves, usually physically (i.e. small penis) and tries to cover this up by acting tough, talking smack to others, and being extravagant in their spending habits (such as buying/driving big 12 inch-lifted trucks, etc.).
