We'll just have to see. I also think Orihime should be with Uryu. He obviously cares about her. So, my final answer is yes Ichigo loves Rukia much more than Orihime. I think he'll admit it at the very end. Rukia will probably admit he love for him too. And they'll live happily ever after the end
