After Nel is transformed back into her child form, she remains in that form for quite some time in the Bleach series. She eventually regains her adult form during the Thousand-Year Blood War arc due to an external stimulus that triggers her transformation. Nel returns to her adult form to assist in the battle against the Wandenreich forces.

I highly doubt it, firstly because nel is a relatively new character, and it takes new characters a while to be made into a bleach game. Also, new bleach games would take forever to be released in America. ALSO there are very few bleach games released in America, and they are not that great, (mostly for DS and PSP, and wii i believe) but the best games (which are for PS2) are region coded so even if you order them from japan, you cant play them on your ps2 unless you have one from the right region.
