I applied and they say online that they have mailed my card. It's been a month and have yet to receive it. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I have tried several times to get through and give up after fifteen minutes on hold. Now I just want to get through and cancel my application. They are an online company but there is no way to contact them online. It is ridiculous.
