Both codes involve the transmission. The P0700 is the code for the computer not being able to communicate with the transmission control unit (TCM) probably from a corroded connection or faulty module. The P0750 code is the transmission shift solenoid not connecting or open, which could be another connection problem or a worn-out coil. any good transmission shop can fix both and service the transmission while at it.
On top of the starter
The starter solenoid is on the starter. The transmission solenoids are inside the trasnmission.
It is an integral part of the starter.
for a 2003 dodge intrepid with a 2.7 L and the 606 transmission, it cost me 283.50 at my local dodge dealer.
